What is the returns policy?

We will accept returns for change of mind on products purchased online within 30 days of receipt, or if faulty. Goods must be in packaging that is unopened and remains in a sellable condition.

For goods purchased and delivered outside of Australia, we will accept returns for faulty items only.

 

How can I request a return, exchange or refund?

You can create a return request by emailing sales@swspac.com. You will need to include your order number and email address with which you placed the order, both of which can be found in your order confirmation email.

 

What happens if my product is faulty?

We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we would like to resolve the problem. You can create a request by emailing sales@swspac.com. If the goods are found to be faulty under the manufacturer's warranty we will refund or replace them.

 

How long will it take to receive a refund or replacement?

Please allow up to 30 days for us to process your return from the time you send the item back to us.

 

Who gets refunded it I return a gift?

The refund will be credited to the original card and account used to purchase the gift.
